Chronicles Recovery currently provides outpatient behavioral health and substance use services to adults ages 18 and older. We do not currently provide adolescent services.

Yes. Client information is protected by federal and state confidentiality laws. Information is not released without written consent unless required or permitted by law, such as in emergencies, safety concerns, or mandatory reporting situations.
